When you submit our form or chat, we collect what you provide — name, phone, ZIP code, optional email, the type and urgency of damage, and any message — plus the page you were on and campaign tags in the URL (UTM parameters).

How we use it

To contact you about your request and arrange service. Your request may be shared with the restoration professionals who would perform the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile bot protection) and Tawk.to (chat). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use only what's needed for security checks, chat, and remembering campaign tags for your visit (session storage).
